On June 10, 2025, Gyumri Craftsman Statec School No. 4 hosted Armenian and international partners of the REnForce (Strengthening Workforce Potential in the Renewable Energy Sector) international project, implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ program.
The guests toured the institution, got acquainted with the taught specialties, the educational environment, and the students’ work. Special attention was given to the specialty “Installation, Repair, and Maintenance of Renewable Energy Power Plants.” The students presented their project works.
The meeting evolved into an active discussion around open issues and prospects in the sector.
The visit to Gyumri gave the partners an opportunity to assess the institution’s real capabilities and potential on site.
Subsequently, the prerequisites for creating an association of VET institutions and solar energy companies were discussed, along with the initial steps toward developing the concept of the “Solar Force” resource center.
