Challenges or issues foreseen: We foresee several challenges that could hinder the successful implementation of internship programmes in our company, including ensuring workplace safety during fieldwork and installation activities, maintaining a balance between interns’ learning needs and ongoing project deadlines, and ensuring that interns have sufficient practical and technical preparation before being involved in real projects.

SANNOVA is an engineering company specializing in the field of electricity and energy services. The company's services range from solar energy to power grid interconnection. Our team is dedicated to providing innovative solutions and high-quality services to meet the energy needs of our customers.
Challenges or issues foreseen:
- Non-serious approach by inters.
- Non-focused on the tasks and problems,
- frequent absences,
- lack of basic knowledge (for example: what is a kwt, kwh, watt, Amper, volt, etc.)
Comments:
We must have a future-oriented mindset! Solar energy or solar panel installation is going down. Now energy storage systems are modern. We need to have specialists/installers for batteries and overall electrical systems. Me, as a lecturer in this field, really interested in helping students to get internship and get paid job. But first we have to teach team!

Established in 2018, Volta provides solutions in solar technology and clean energyare, specifically designed to meet the highest standards and the most demanding expectations. Volta is the official representative of Huawei – one of the world’s top five solar inverter manufacturers – in Armenia, and the exclusive licensed partner of the Russian company Soft Term in the region.
Challenges or issues foreseen: We expect some challenges, including training time and resource allocation. However, we are still eager to host interns because we see significant value in developing young talent and believe the benefits outweigh the challenges.

Solaron started its solar panel production activities on June 29, 2016, becoming the first Armenian manufacturer of solar panels. The brand ‘’Solaron’’ is a registered trademark for products manufactured by Profpanel. Over the course of 9 years, Solaron has successfully launched and completed more than 3000+ projects both in Armenia and abroad.
Challenges or issues foreseen: Potential challenges include frequent absenteeism, limited interest and motivation among students, and insufficient commitment to the internship programme. In addition, the lack of a structured monitoring system or a designated coordinator responsible for supervising and evaluating the internship process may affect the successful implementation of the programme.
